How do I tell you if something isn't working?

There are two ways to do this. First, you can email support@spryfox.com. Second, you can submit a Problem Report from within the game (more info below). The Problem Report is preferred, but feel free to let us know any way you can--the most important thing is that you let us know!

Submitting a Problem Report

If playing on a mobile device

  1. Go into the game with the problem. (If the problem is not associated with a particular game, just pick any game).
  2. Click the Chat Button (it looks like a speech bubble) in the upper right to enter the Chat Screen.
  3. Type "!!!", then a space, then more text describing the problem. For example: "!!! There is only one letter on the board but the game hasn't ended".

  4. Click the Submit button (it looks like a hooked arrow). Rather than sending a Chat message to your opponent, you will send a Problem Report to us.
  5. Feel free to start a new Panda Poet game while waiting to hear back from us. But don't play in the game with the problem until we can investigate.

If playing on a computer (laptop or desktop) or a tablet where the Problem button is visible

  1. Go into the game with the problem. (If the problem is not associated with a particular game, just pick any game).
  2. In the bottom-left corner are several buttons. One of them should say "Problem". Click it.

  3. Another screen will come up where you can describe your problem and also enter an email address where we can contact you. Please do both; we often want to ask follow-up questions to learn more about the problem, and we can't do so if we don't know how to contact you. Sometimes we already have a solution for your problem; but again, we can't communicate it to you unless we know how to contact you.

  4. Click the Submit button.
