Q: I tried to purchase unlimited turns unsuccessfully, or have purchased them in the past, but now when I try to purchase them again it says that the purchase is "Pending" and I cannot purchase them again. Help?
If an unlimited turns purchase is "Pending", this usually means that the transaction in fact succeeded and is already on file with us. Please try the steps in this topic.

Item already purchased
You have already purchased this item, or the purchase is still pending.
