Q: I'm trying to purchase unlimited turns but the app store says that I already purchased it. Help?

Unlimited Turns are set up so that you can't purchase them more than once per account. The message you received usually (but not always) means that the app store already has a record of your purchase on file. Please use the steps on this page to try activating your unlimited turns without paying again. If that does not work, please contact us.
